How do I change my sign-in email?
Open Profile → Change email, enter New email, and select Send verification. Enter your current password if requested. Open the link at the new address and select Confirm email change, then sign in with the new email. Follow Change Your Email Address.
Why does my old email still work after I entered a new one?
The current email stays active until you confirm the new one. Email change waiting for confirmation means the change is not finished. Open the confirmation link sent to the address shown in the notice. See User Profile.
What if the email does not arrive or the link no longer works?
Check the address in the pending notice. Use Resend after the displayed wait. If a link is invalid, expired, or replaced, request a new verification link from your profile or your administrator and use the latest one. Follow Change Your Email Address.
Can I cancel an email change?
Yes. Select Cancel change while the request is pending. Your current address stays active. See User Profile.
Can an administrator change my email for me?
Administrators can request changes for users who are not operators using Change email in user management. The user must still confirm the link sent to the new address. The current email works until confirmation. See Admin Panel.
