Steps

Open the timeline reason management area

Open the timeline reason management area from the admin side of the platform.

Start a new reason

Start a new reason.

Enter the reason name and any grouping or visual

Enter the reason name and any grouping or visual details the platform requires.

Save the reason

Save the reason so it becomes available in machine and PDA flows.

Decision Points

  • Whether a new reason should be added or an existing one renamed or reused.

Expected Result

Users can choose the new reason when labeling machine timeline activity.
