Set Up a Hall Plan Display
Register a hall display, choose kiosk information and timing, and diagnose stale display data.
Before You Begin
Who can do this: Admin. Start at Admin Panel → Halls, route /admin-panel. A registered display opens Hall Plan, route /hallPlan/:id, with its API key instead of a user login.
Configure and Open the Display
- Create or open the hall and assign its machines.
- Register the monitor under Displays. Review its identifying network details.
- Choose Hall Plan columns, displayed metric, language, machine sorting, and display version.
- Set Data refresh and Page switch. Page switch cannot be slower than data refresh.
- Set Key figures / orders switch to at most half the page-switch time. For example, a 20-second page-switch period allows at most 10 seconds here.
- Set Page zoom for the deployed monitor; it applies to that monitor.
- Open the hall plan on the display using its API key and check the visible machines and captions: OEE, AVL, PRO, PCS.
Expected Result and Troubleshooting
The monitor shows and rotates through the configured hall information without a user login. PRO is Performance, not Production; PCS is the piece count.
If data seems old, review the display's last-seen time and network information. A display not reporting for 24 hours is shown as not seen. Display connectivity is separate from machine production state.
